毕业生就业指导中心的就业调查报告数据显示，九成毕业生进入非公企业机械类电子类专业“吃香”初始月薪1500-2000元，去年我市共接收各类毕业生37486人，继续保持良好发展态势。特别是学历层次大幅提高。去年我市共接收博士生58人，硕士生1201人，本科生20563人。接收本科以上学历毕业生共21822人，占全市接收总量的58.2%;接收研究生数量达到1259人，增幅达52.1%。无论是接收总量和接收质量，都名列全省前茅。然而不能回避的一个事实是，在2008年我市接收毕业生总量同比增长33.5%一举突破3.7万人后，2009年接收毕业生总量仍在3.7万人左右徘徊。与此同时，湘潭籍毕业生却在突增，供需结构性矛盾依然突出。
湘潭2009年与2008年相比接收毕业生总量基本相当情况下，湘潭籍学生的突增，自然更加剧了就业压力。据市人事部门统计，随着国有企业改制的完成和新的非公企业的诞生，以及毕业生择业观念的改变，非公企业已成为广大毕业生首选的主要去向。在我市落实到企业单位的近3万人中，非公企业接收毕业生占了全市企业接收总量的91.0%，继续成为吸纳毕业生的最大载体。就业调查报告范文里的内容告诉我们，

为了更好地了解和掌握我院毕业生就业后对社会及用人单位的适应程度、深入了解用人单位对人才的需求状况,进一步探索就业工作和人才培养的新模式、新途径,为我院的教学改革提供更准实可靠的依据,我院于2010年7月对近三年的毕业生进行了跟踪调查,进行了一系列数据统计分析。
到2010年8月底,共回收08一10届毕业生跟踪调查问卷172份,其中有效问卷143份,走访和电话拜访企业12家,调查具有足够的代表性和统计意义。
统计显示,08一10届143名调查对象,用人单位对其工作情况评价认为满意的(不包括基本满意)有132名,占93%,08-10届的满意率分别为90.6%,92.9%、96.6%;对职业综合素质的评价表示满意的有138名,占97%。工作情况满意度和综合素质满意率始终处于一个较高水平且每年均有小幅度提升。我们在调查走访天地华宇集团、阿里巴巴集团等企业过程中,用人单位普遍反映,高职毕业生的态度较为本科生更好,更愿意积极主动的去学,动手能力强,适应性方面要比本科毕业生更强,所以企业更乐意接受。这一统计数据,与学校近几年毕业生供不应求、用人单位纷至沓来的状况是相呼应的。在满意率的分项评价中,三届毕业生职业素质的满意率分别为:95.4%、96.5%、98.1%,工作能力与水平的满意率分别为:95.7%、94.2%和96.7%。
我院毕业生对我院的就业指导工作和学生管理工作均有较好的评价。80%的毕业生对我院的就业服务工作特别是来校招聘单位的数量和提供的工作岗位最为满意,而对师资水平评价不高,特别是对教师技能水平和实践能力这一块有更高的要求,很多毕业生在对学校所提的意见和建议中,将加强在校学生的实践动手能力,特别是实践教学的要求放在首位(其中会计专业和工管专业的同学将此项放在首位的比例占到80%),认为提高在校时的动手能力和实践能力对以后找工作最有帮助。
从以上结果可以看出,80%以上的毕业生对学校教学安排、上课教师、辅导员的工作是满意的。但我们应该看到,还有少数毕业生觉得不满意,占的比例虽然小,也得引起我们高度重视。
